Maybe make this little thing a 4 tier shotgun as it's been realized in Iridar's "Compression Phaser Rifle" ? And not for Rookies! but for Rangers AND as an alternative short-ranged gun for Grenadiers cause these guys can even use such kind of weapon for suppression! Imo it would be looking really nice.
