Missing GUI items means you havent restarted after activating the mod. There are some document items that you can equip and read in the game and those require the GUI.

After the new update, playing with AI is contraindicated. AI throw a burning nuclear fuel on the floor, and it is not possible to take it immediately with tongs.

I'll see if I can do something with bots, though my modding options are limited. Bots who control reactor arent done well in vanilla too, because their electrical skill doesnt matter at all when they operate reactor.

I notice in the new rooms in outpost and cities not getting any oxygen killing all npc that enter there other thing I notice is the huge brawl that happen as soon you enter outpost npc killing each other XD. The brawl happen sometimes you enter I had the guards hitting everyone and everyone going into a free for all murder match XD.

Mostly are room where there look like like dorm room, the one that have like plant and clothes. I think they are shop npc cause when talk to them it said you have no enough rep. I resuscitate one but they die shortly after you arrive to the outpost because lack of oxygen.

I have started a campaign with my friends, and after a stop at a breeding ground, none of them except me would spawn on the sub. My character is completed naked, with half of his inventory on the ground and the other have completely disepeared.

I think it's a generation problem.
When I try to start a campaign without bot on a server, the outpost is generated like in vanilla. However, when I start with bots, the outpost generate with the parameters of your mod. But it very random, somethimes I start with bots and it's the wrong generation

Minor Bug: if someone handles a depleted fuel rod, without a hazmat suit, they get a minor dose of rad poisoning which doesnt go away: it just oscillate between 1 and 0 % Rad poison.
we diddnt treat that poor sod with antirad (cause antirad is expensive and we had only 1 at that time) so he got crispy. The whole thing ended once we docked.

Stabilozine heals all poisons in vanilla and remains unchanged in ITA. I recommend it for treating mild radiation.

The "well relaxed" buff from drinking the delicious fish cocktails seem to persist over several rounds, not sure if this was intentional or a bug potentially?

Also some of the outpost vendors in ITA have buggy dialogue options. Namely you can't select "No thank you" when speaking to the Plant vendor and either have to purchase something or start dialogue with another NPC to close the box. There's a few other vendors that do this (it seems inconsistent), but the gardening vendor is the worst offender in terms of consistently not allowing you to say "No thank you"

You cant select the vendor option because of vanilla UI bug. I found a way to fix this by adding another invisible option BELOW the NoThankYou. Im fighting bugs with spaghetti, but this seems to work :D Ill release that tonight.

About the fishtail buff persisting for so long, it's partly intentional. I wanted that buff to last for an hour, like a long term thingy, but it seems to stay for much much longer than that. On top of that, it stays different times in singleplayer compared to multiplayer for some ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up reason.

Minor Mostly Unimportant Bug: Some of the station rooms and floors seem to have small holes in them that make walking inconvenient at times and makes both stairs and ladders harder to use. Again nothing major nor game breaking, just slightly annoying.
