I had an inquiry/suggestion for this mod. First let me start by saying this is an awesome mod as I love playing bard characters, so thank you for creating it! Second, I know nothing about creating mods or anything that goes into it, so I don't know how feasible this would be. Also, I did a quick skim through the forums and comments to see if this has been brought up yet, but forgive me if I missed it and this has been brought up before.

My idea is to recruit 2 or 3 follwers, via console commands or follower mods, to form a bard band. Each member would play a different instrument depending on the song. At the moment any followers I have, regardless of the number of them, all play the same instrument, which is understandable because I'm assuming this mod was created with just one follower in mind. When I round up the band, we will travel all across Skyrim stopping at inns and anywhere there is an audience willing to listen to us! This would add a very interesting dynamic to the bard idea and create a lot of possibilities. Perhaps adding an option to the mod config to specify which follower plays which instrument? Or to allow for followers not playing to walk around the area doing what they want, as if they were on break or something? Is there any way something like this would be possible with console commands or in conjunction with other follower mods like UFO - Ultimate Follower Overhaul?

I have also not done anything with the custom songbook yet so I don't know if there is any sort of option for that in there. I just recently got into modding and haven't explored the finer things. Any thoughts about this idea?
