**Note**
Doesn't matter where it is in the load order, as long as it's above the expantion that depends on LPBards.esp, have tried the top, as well as the bottom of the load order, just in case something was causing an issue.
Found a referance in the consol for the pipboy, something I seen in FO:NV, thought something was sent to my skyrim folder ny accident, so I went through NMM and disabled all mods, and removed them for FO:NV, but that didn't change anything so far.
My other consideration is: Updating from win 7 to 10, could that have made changes to the sound options, much like it did with the underwater blur into a solid color?
