Settlement Bug
Whenever I press the settlement button my game is closing itself. I can't even look the logs because game is closing instantly. I've tried without other mods and still crashing.

I'm also having the same issue as well as getting this in my logs leading up to it "SOYUZ:[NOTSOYUZ] Soyuz caught an error while a pawn is ticking."

the mod should have updates about 9 months ago, i do believe it may very well be dead
