How to fix "Available: False" for squads
1. Open Debug in the pause menu.
2. Open the "Debug Actions" tab at the top of the screen.
3. Under the Empire section, click “Reset Military Squads Cooldowns”.

Do you have to keep reseting them or does doing it once fix them for the rest of the playthrough?
Any info on what's causing this issue?
Is this a bug with the mod itself or is it an incompatibility? Do we at least know that much?
