leveling whole empire
how does the xp/level system work for the entire empire part, currently it says im tier 2, but i was wondering what gains you more 'exp'

pretty damn slow, not sure a better way to get xp then to build as many colonies as possible

this is stupid i have litterly like 50 colonys atm and only level 3 globally.

Having a good portion of that going off to raid seems to help.
