6. Roast the turkey upside down.
7. Don't overcook it.
8. Let the turkey rest before carving.
and after that you made a turkey that I copied and pasted from me google searching 'How to cook a turkey' and getting one of the results of 'How do you make a really moist chicken?' from some crappy article.
