trouble with engrams
can't learn engrams on my server, some engrams work and some don't, i have the core mod installed along with some of the add ons, i have the prerequisites for the engrams and plenty of engram points, this is the only mod that has this issue, can't learn the engrams with engram unlocker mods or commands
