Same. Unfortunately I think this mod has gone to the trash. A lot of functions haven't been working as they used to. Smithicator has no engrams/folders in it anymore even though the fabricator top does have engrams/folders.

There was an old issue where if you had too many mods that add engrams the smithicator would not show recipes. Also I think the "overfly bypass" may help but not sure. Am actually facing the same thing and am about to try to fix it. Will update.
