Report a translation problem
I like the Extended, Chilled, Meter, Toasty, and Mixup mechanics. The Temporary HP cards are especially nice and this a mechanic I would like to see more.
Kombo is very clunky, Even with just a couple in the deck I often found myself not being able to play a Kombo card. This needs a rework.
Special Cancel: There are not enough of these cards to make it a reliable mechanic.
I would alter it so that Special Cancel gives a buff which would trigger the next time a Special card is played even on future turns.
Roundhouse: This card has a great mechanic, so good that I would consider making it a keyword mechanic, possibly replacing Kombo.
It provides some draw and damage scaling. I see no reason why blocking cards could not also have this mechanic, fetching another one and scaling its numeric value.
The only issue I see is that you need two of this card to make it work so I suggest adding a mechanic called "Replicate" or something to it.
Replicate: If you have only one of this card in your draw and discard pile create another copy of it and shuffle it into your deck.
Shao Kahn is a cool Boss but the Impaled ability is grossly unfair and annoying. The reason being is that it effects ones scoring.
It makes it pretty much impossible to defeat the Boss without taking damage and thus making "Perfect" scoring near impossible.
Change it to normal damage which can be blocked, problem solved.
Energy/draw imbalance: With this character I usually find myself swimming in energy with nothing to spend it on.
There are too many cards which give energy and not enough which draw.
This character is really good and I hope you keep working on it. I see one area in which you can do something really cool.
Use all the MK characters. Cards could have abilities such as "Transform into SubZero" or "Gain a Liu Kang counter"
and when you gain 3 of any specific character counter you transform into that character and gain some temporary and/or static effects...just like The Watchers stances.
Such a mechanic would be very interesting and would fit in perfectly with your MK theme.
If you run with this idea I would make the transform effects modest in power but always positive, that way its a nice little buff but the character does not become all about transforming like the Watcher.
I may do a specific card review at some point. I will play the mod some more first to get a better sense of the cards value.

Possesed seems a bit strong with how easy it is to play multiple times in a turn with all the cards that pick things back up from discard and having retain built into the character. Perhaps put some sort of limit on the carddraw at least for the un-upgraded version?
Although I havent gotten to a higher ascenscion yet I imagine the low damage starter deck might start becoming an issue for act 1 there, could be worth looking into.
