Love most of the mod but hate Well Supplied on laandmarks
So the title sums my issue up. I like the bigger emphasis on landmarks, the cosmite treasure is way better than the random assortment of normal resources or whatever the standard was. Also looking forward to the units you're working on.

But i hate well supplied on the landmarks, I understand the intention was to prevent sniper grief retreating but this causes constant grief for me. I often play on hard settings with the biggest armies defending landmarks so the armies are very strong in these landmarks and my strategy has often been to send a suicide army in to weaken the army and cull a few weaker units before sending in my primary clearing army (especially in the early game before I have tier 3s) but with this well supplied buff I can't do that and need to stack up tier 3 to have any kind of chance to clear them.

I'd love Well supplied to be removed from the landmarks. IDK if this is also a strategy you're trying to prevent however.

Yeah, Well Supplied is strong but the goodies added by this mod makes it necessary. Without Well Supplied you could get huge cosmite dumps in the early game. When I finish the unit unlocks it might be a good idea to have a lite version that just unlocks units with the silver tier landmarks.

I also was very interested in this mod until I ran into Well Supplied. I don't cheese my single player games, nor do I like to retreat my armies in combat.

I prefer to hit very hard sites with attrition tactics and Well Supplied makes that impossible.

I assume Well Supplied was added for multiplayer balance?

Might I suggest a version without Well Supplied for single player? If you cheese in single player, you are only cheesing yourself.

I feel like you might get a lot of issues like this rogue, because the mod is varied in what it does.

You have a balance change:
Landmarks giving Cosmite income and Cosmite reward

You have a different balance change:
Well supplied for Landmark units

And you will eventually have Bonus units:

You'll possibly get people wanting just 1 aspect of the mod and not the others because of the variety of changes. People who want new units might like the current landmark but just want the additional units and not the balance changes.

There will definitely be a lite version with just the units (they're balanced by their cost). The whole purpose of the cosmite changes and the Well Supplied buff is to make Silver and Gold landmarks mid to late game structures. Without the Well Supplied buff you can easily beat these structures before turn 30 by entering, picking off a few units, retreating, and then repeating until done. That makes the cosmite changes way too strong.

Except, not everyone cheeses the game like this. I know I don't. So, anyone who doesn't use that one particular method to defeat a site with no losses is punished now.

For instance. The first time I tried this mod, I came across a silver site and decide I would try out the fight. I lost all of my units in the battle but managed to kill 4 of the site's units. (My army strength was stronger than the site's, I'm definitely not the best tactical player) Only to be doubly punished by the balance change, because now I had lost units, and the site had not.

This is the type of situation I'm trying to point out. Where my legit game play was punished because of a "strategy" that I don't partake in.

I quit the game I was playing and turned off this mod after that. While Well Supplied might be in the game to balance some player's strategies that you don't agree with. It also punishes legit types of warfare in my opinion.

I disagree with making a core game play change to fix 1 type of cheesy play style, but its your mod... c'est la vie.
