What are some years on the map? Or is it modern?

I would like to put this map on my own server, but I don’t know what type and year cars and weapons are needed, I really look forward to hearing :)

I aimed for a 90's to early 2000's aesthetic and atmosphere, but I think vehicles even from the 70's would fit just fine
