You can add off-road vehicles into the mod for more diversity or do model car companies but as off brand for copyrights, and add unique Russian vehicles like the zil 130 which is use still to this day.

i think a van/truck where you can sit in a closed off back area that has an opening trunk door that you can shoot out of would be pretty cool. imagine the surfer (van) from GTA V but you can sit in the back and the driver can open the trunk door

why not a tow truck and a semi truck and a FEDEX/UPS TRUCK
