Wrong Player Model?
For some reason, my player model in GMOD is Chell from Portal 2 rather than Gordon for this mod...

go into sandbox and change your playermodel them

Alternatively you can change your playermodel while using HL2:VR by pressing F1 and going to the `Player` tab.
