In the launcher, click on "Altis 90's", find the option to display more options (should be shown with three dots "..."), then click "Repair". This will redownload the mod.

This is an issue i havent seen before so i can only offer broad solutions.

I've just verified that the steam version of the mod works on my end, so if the redownloading doesnt work, it might be worth it to verify the integrity of Arma/Global Mobilization files in the properties menu when you right click the game in the steam library. (Keep in mind that this may take a while)

when placing the T55 in editor the game crashes loading the tank

I'l investigate when i can however could you inform me if the same is true whenever you place other GM T-55's?. GM assets tend to be quite RAM intensive since they use 2k or 4k textures.

I will note that last time i checked this isnt the case on my machine and this isnt a reoccurring bug report

Altis Police Jeep is missing Interior: Seats, Steeringwheel, Dashboard etc.

I've stopped supporting Altis 90's a long time ago but i might take a look if i have time
