Bug was the corperation members not leaving properly and starving themselves on the map, didnt have this issue before, the newest mods added in latest playthrough was Megacorp, Sparkling worlds blue moon, and Vanilla Weapons expanded and laser.
Perhaps its just the map im playing on as well, not sure? but so far its only been the corperate faction that i seen bug.

Hm yeah I'm not sure what the problem is. I'll keep an eye out for it though.

I will keep playing as well and see if any more bugs show up, and see if its really strictly tried to this 1 faction, still early on this playthrough.

So turns out that with this mod installed Factions will only spawn with one base if you also have Medical Systems Expanded revived in your modlist.

MSE ♥♥♥♥♥ with a lot of stuff. I don't know what they did to ♥♥♥♥ things over so hard.. but yeah.

I'll look into their mod.

A sun blocker camp spawned for me, I assume due to this mod, because it was defended by the hostile megacorp, but the sunblocker entity didn't load up, and could only be killed in Dev Mode.

Thats odd. I haven't had that yet, but I'll keep an eye on it

I was able to buy a Neurocomputer from a settlement for 1 silver. I'm assuming that was a bug.

I've noticed that some quests gave me the reward immediately, rather than after the quest was completed. I also didn't get the reward for the monument quest until after the 'protect the monument for X days' part was completed.

They shouldn't be selling them, but thanks for the heads up on that! Its supposed to be a reward-only thing XD

I didn't touch those quests - so thats 100% pure Royalty-related.

I tried loading just the two together, and yeah, its 100% MSE. I'm including the incompatibility for the mod until they fix their ♥♥♥♥

Not sure if this helps in any way to solve the problem, when I reported to MSE folks about it earlier this week they said this:

That is a bad seed bug related to incompatible body type to clothes on faction leader.
This mod does not add clothes. That bug is most common in Alien Race mods that are used along a single body clothes set.
That issue is directly influenced by the seed of the planet and can randomly occur.
If you generate the world and then get the issue with Dev mode on you will say it talks about the reason and usually it will have the word apparel.
