TC issues

Hello! I run my own server and was pasting some bases on the server so people can have things to raid without wiping out noobs. Pop is still low so I want to use pre designed bases to start. When I pasted this design, I was unable to place TCs. Anyone know what I did wrong or how to fix? Thanks.

What is your server? I can perhaps jump on and help - remember 8 blocks away for each TC placement otherwise it wont work.

I got it to work somehow! Thank you! I think it was something I had messed up with the copy and paste plug in
