I've researched micro electronics but there is no options under any tab to make the machine. I've looked under all the other research... subjects.. and it's not under any of them. So far I've been unable to purchase any and only found one at a pristine ruin site once ( I had no animals with me and other items had greater priority). Am I missing something obvious? Probably but some help would really be appreciated. And yes... I am a noob. :)
