This mod is kinda buggy and won't apply to the game's Workshop menu. Here's how if you can't find it, I had trouble too.

1. Subscribe
2. Go into the game.
3. Purge Workshop in the options. This will refresh the workshop menu and uninstall any mods you unsubbed to that did not go away when you removed it (Like if you unsubbed to Xmod and it's still there).
4. Goto the workshop game brower and check. If it's not there still, restart the game. If it is there, it's not in a pack and will be under seperate files, like it won't be a big pack, it will be like "Zack Ward", "John Murry", "Joker", etc, etc. And it should work after.
5. Done. Enjoy this small mod.

Do it yourself. I have no clue, I guess copy workshop data to the Game's directory but that stuff is confusing.
