balance and stuff
Im a big fan of flipnote frog, and i see some things that could be better implemented from a gameplay standpoint

First of all, i want to point how jab (which for most chars doesn't put them in parrystun) does have parry stun
and fsmash could have the kick guy in the layer under the frog instead of in front super disjointed, so the hitbox isn't disconnected from him so much

I think Flipnote Frog's size is a bit of an issue. Most attacks just go straight over him!

Fix the infinite cooldown on the up Special so this character can be playable

F-Strong should have a hit box RIGHT before the guy leave the ground
