I have found an fix to the issue. @Eldritch simply do sbox_persist 0 in console , or place it into an auto run file for the time being. Seeing the developer is working on other projects/updates.

sbox_persist 0 doesn't work and I have it in server.cfg

There should be a convar to not show the ALSR thing to new players. I doubt they will want to see it as it's not really relevant to them.
