1)Animation: If the mod will be finishing as in the original Doom 2016 and Eternal, in this case they will have to do new finishing and death animations and it will take time.
2)Enemies: Not all opponents from Serious sam are suitable for the mod for a simple reason - they do not fit into the mod and their appearance will look absurd. Imagine a situation: fighting both imps, possessed and revenants, suddenly there is a crowd of kamikazes, harpies and biomechanoids. And okay if the mod had something like this tie - Sam meets Slayer and they make their way to the great Pyramid together, destroying aliens and demons. (In principle, a good idea for a cooperative). However, unfortunately, this tie is not here.
If you add it, then there are two options: Either make reskin for everyone, so that they are more suitable for the mod, or add only those who look more like a demon, such as Kleer Skeleton or Khnum.
