The New Cabinet I - 1900 scenario won't trigger anymore?
First thing: very good mod

Scenario - 1900 - Great Britain

One remark about the new update:
- The national focus "The New Cabinet I" can't be researched anymore.
- This will block a lot of other national focuses.
- And makes it quite harder because some penalties can't be removed, especially "Military Resistance" but also "Political Resistance". However this will even out because I think Germany isn't able to research its own focus as well.

Add.

- Same issue with 1910 scenario (UK)
- Earlier you will get the event that you have received the focus (during the "fever" focus) but it has not activated itself.

Germany 1900 Scenario : The national focus "Not Revolution but Perseveration" can't be researched too.

Continued the 1900 scenario. It is now 1937. Some remarks:

- Focus "The battle for cable street" is active but can not be chosen in the list of events and decisions. It is visible as warning popup but is running in the negative days.
- I believe none of the countries develop aircraft, checked Germany with high intelligence. No aircraft at all.
- Integrated India into the British Empire (around 1925). In 1937 Birma wants to be released as a free state (event). I did accept but it didn't form.
- The mini focus tree for the "German sausage factory" is active when Tanganika / Kenya is owned by Germany. I don't know if that was intended.
- 1933: the list of leaders / commanders / industrialists / politicians is radically reduced but not replaced with sufficient new choices.

Add. "The New Cabinet I"

- When playing a minor nation the triggered event for the new cabinet during the "unforseen ...." period does activate the new cabinet focus. So it seems only major nations are affected.

Same issue with 1900 scenario france with " a new cabinet 1" and "the triumphant revolution 1"
With both tries, I got the message that the focus is completed, but I can't continue to next focuses.

Same I am using Ottoman Empire in 1900. It's 1908 and it won't let me research "Not Revolution but Perseveration" it says no focus requirements, however it does say Neutral_victory as a requirement which I have no idea on how to activate. My puppet however researched it. Great Mod though.
