Alien Race Compatibility?

Is there any chance of this mod being updated for compatibility with this mod framework? https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/workshop/filedetails/?id=839005762

Currently when I try to run this mod it also seems to be affecting the robots in my game added by Android tiers for example.
