Welcome to the Empires of Valguero!

This is a PVE roleplay where you are a part of one of three empires (Vikings, Tokugawa, and Romans). Build and tame beasts on the land you claim. Or you can claim land and sell it for profit to neighbouring Empires. We have a neutral admin shop setup where people can put unwanted items in exchange for coin, and since the land is neutral you can setup your own shop. Flyers have been disabled and stack size for prime meats and mutton have been slightly increased.

We provide a unique and fun experience for all types of roleplayers! We also accept all experience levels, new members or veteran players, as well as all types of players, those who are hardcore and those who occasionally need a break from the stress of real life. All members have a chance to make their mark in our highly customizable world.

LRP accepts voice and text-based RP. Community and friendship play a major role in our server; each person gets to be involved in almost everything we do. We strive to fabricate a place where all are welcome. A place to take a break from all prejudices and problems of the world.

In the beginning of mankind’s existence there was fear. Fear of darkness. Fear of the creatures who hunted them. Fear of what they did not know.

But time passed and humans learned: to keep the darkness away, to tame the lizard beasts and the bird beasts, to create mythos to comfort them and assuage their fears of the unknown.

Humans continued to grow in knowledge and the tools they used propelled them toward an existence of comfort and culture. And yet, mankind has always held malice and greed in its heart. Together they learned to survive the dangers that the universe presented, but it wasn’t enough to survive anymore, they had to conquer, not only each other but Earth.

Despite everything that wished to end it, humanity survived the darkness and survived the predators. It survived it’s own inhumanities.

The year is 2084 and the past 89 years have been the closest that mankind has come to it’s inevitable end. In 1995, the world, fueled by materialistic greed and an ambitious disregard for the limited supply of resources, began to see the horrific effects of climate change that politicians and megacorporations had been willfully ignoring.

Some areas experienced heat waves that were so intense entire bodies of water began to dwindle into evaporation. Forest fires burned across the land and those called to quell them died in their desperate attempts to save lives and homes. Other areas were plunged into frigid temperatures. Endless snow burying the dead in the shelters they huddled in for warmth. The first casualties were young children, the infirm and the homeless, but the more able-bodied adults were not immune. Hurricanes, tsunamis, tornados… the casualties grew, the desperation grew.

The dinosaurs mankind had long relied on for sources of labor, food and companionship were left neglected and often forgotten as most of humanity carelessly focused on itself.

The rich and powerful were not so touched by the consequences of Earth’s response to fossil fuels and strip mining and destructive chemicals. They had the resources to counter the heat and the cold, to avoid the tornadoes and tsunamis, the earthquakes and hurricanes. The money to fly and stay in the few locations the climate crisis hadn’t yet tortured.

Those left to deal with their dying loved ones and their own imminent death revolted first against their bosses and then their leaders as they realized there would be no relief, nor compassion. Those with power and comfort were desperately holding on to what they had and willing to destroy to save it. The ensuing revolutions and horrific responses led to near extinction for humanity.

It took 10 years for the global powers to dissolve into anarchy, but it took longer for the memory of what they were to fade. The abandoned dinosaurs returned to their wild ways and wandered the land to survive, just as the humans did. Memories of what man once knew were passed down, but much was lost. Infrastructure was now useless, gasoline supplies dwindled and were hoarded, vehicle transportation became almost non-existent.

The world is in shambles and the people who remain exist on a tenuous thread. Surviving in any way they can.

A settlement has grown in the remnants of the city. A place of relative safety and comfort that can offer shelter and supplies. Many begin their journey here. Somewhere to gather yourself before you venture to create a home.

The remainder of humanity renewed its bonds with the dinosaurs, taming and training them to protect, to attack, to transport. The leaders of the various communities agreed on a means to settle disputes and to entertain. Battles. Each week the various dinosaur trainers gather to pit their biggest, baddest creatures against one another. A popular event to keep the bloodlust of some satiated and to distract others from the uncertainty of everyday existence in a post-apocalyptic world.

Who are you? Did your family pass down the lessons of preservation that could have prevented Earth’s retaliation? Have you taken advantage of the weak, are you following in the footsteps of the megacorps and taking what you want when you want it? Do you help those in need or are you guarded against anyone you don’t know? How will you survive?

Long ago on this world was only 5 dragons and man. The dragons molded the world to create better life for man. They birthed creatures that birthed more creatures, they created oceans and the skies. Man took to this new flourishing world and explored. But over time, man became greedy. Man turned their backs, began killing these creatures, torturing and experimenting on them. They began a war. Dragons wept as they wreaked havok on the world they built for man. After the war, with nothing much left, the dragons took to the stars and skies leaving all they had made behind. Now this is what we are left with. Welcome to Rockvale, one of many small tribes that are surviving.

Lore:
The Crossroads: New Horizons marks a new chapter in the season. Inhabitants of a strange area called Lost Island have taken on conflicts set against them by Rockwell; a once respected man driven power-hungry over his discoveries of element and its abilities. Through the course of several months, Lost Island knew no peace; bombarded by horrors to the point the place was inhabitable. Humans and natives set aside inner qualms of one another to work as one and make strides towards a plan to reclaim the contested island.
Their efforts were in vain, for they were swiftly overwhelmed and forced from the place they once called ‘home’, the refugees of Lost Island traveled across the Clouded Seas to reach a haven called Crystal Isles, a mysterious place that is barely, if at all, known beyond rumors.
Though the people have fled their home, the fight is far from over.

Summary:
The Crossroads is an 18+ Roleplay whitelist story-oriented server. With the theme set as ‘medieval’ with the introduction to modern/advanced technology, this roleplay will stand as a functioning experiment to appeal to the tastes of different players. With as little limitations as possible, we hope to provide a stress-free environment for character and story growth.

We'd like to introduce our upcoming roleplay server, which will be opening on Friday January 13th at 6pm CST!

Both voice and text RP are accepted, and we even have the Simple Typing Bubbles mod to help our text rp players!
We will be using the Fjordur map
We have 15 races to choose from with their own adjusted stats from the CE: Races mod
We are a whitelisting server with a short application process prior to being able to join the server

Smithy tier technology level
Roleplay focused playstyle with lore that will be built upon through in game interactions!

• Max wild dino level will be kept at 150
  
• Harvesting: 1.2x with additional resource health!
  
• Breeding will be faster (about 12 hours for first time cooldowns)
  
• Babies will grow much faster than vanilla and can be hand raised or left in a soul ball for automatic growth and imprinting, as the S+ nanny no longer accepts anything but electricity.
  
• Taming will be adjusted through Immersive Taming, allowing for combat, passive, and knockout taming that is more appropriate for the creatures being tamed.

Nations Of Nazhir - Official start 1.april


This is a Ark medieval RP Server, full of a diverse cast of people, doing everything from Merchants to viking. Forest people to pirates and more. There are mods to add all kinds of architecture, furniture and decorations, npc’s, monster, weapons, skins and even the ability to author books, which are in fact, in high demand. We have npc villages, merchants and even dungeons. You can also design your own Dungeon and have the admin team set up spawners and loot. You can even set up your own shops. We are stil looking for people to join the houses or even nomads who belong to no house at all. You get to craft your own fantasy adventure, within our already established lore.
