I've just added in support for the EU4 Save Converter DLC. Some of the mod's counties are off-screen in EU4 so I didn't add them in, but you can play in the Canadian Maritimes and New England no problem. They also seem to convert to the Western Tech Group. This is hardcoded I believe, so I can't change that, but they have the Native Council government on conversion and have lower tech levels if you didn't mess with them in CK2.
Edit: Tech Groups have been fixed now. Natives now convert to the North American Tech Group in EU4
