I don't know what Valve is doing but there's like a ton of good cosmetics like this and also taunts, but Valve like don't add good cosmetics like this I don't know why but I hope they would add this to the game anytime soon. Although I don't have the money to unbox probably I will get this hat by trading to get it if it were added to the game.
