File access to "album_cover"
These files, .bsp, .txt, .prt, .vmf, .and .vmx, are for public domain for any whom might want to make revisions.

Most, but not all models and its corresponding files are included. Map files can be moved into C:\mapsrc folder, materials into the C:\materials folder, models into your \models folder and the models' materials into the \materials\models folder.
