After testing out this mod I went back and played Mii Brawler in Smash 4, Ultimate and think that there should be a few small tweaks to the characters moves and stats.

Firstly I think that you should adjust the knockback on the multihits for the Up-B so that the hits connect into each other better since currently, it is very easy to fall out of it. Secondly, I think that the fall speed is way to fast getting hit by even the weakest of attacks with little to no hit stun off stage can get you killed because you plummet to the blastzone. Thirdly I think F-Smash is too Strong, though it is strong in Smash 4 and Ultimate it seems a lot easier to hit and not punishing enough to miss. Finally, I feel that there is much too little startup for the down strong, it's way too strong for a move that fast.

I am planning to release a balance patch hopefully within the next few days and the fall speed and uspecial should be fixed.

Down air also increases the sprite size

The shot put ball could use way less bouncing, Side-B needs to work better off-stage so it kills easier and I think Up-B's a little too crazy in general. Just a quick run down of what I think is problematic, at least from what I tested so far.

The Shot-Put projectile doesn't have hitpause, making it look awkward on hit.

You should make the range on the stick to perform the angled ftilts wider, it feels inconsistent, I can only do them once every 20 attempts or so.

Floaty shotput doesn't really seem like a tier 3 rune, esp with that horrible angle. Maybe if you chucked the shotputs straight or something?

compared to the other 2 up Bs, thrust uppercut isn't that good, being difficult to confirm into when compared to the other 2 and not being that strong either, as well as being pretty average recovery-wise. (which is fine, my main problem with it is the lack of kill power it has unless you do it right at the top blastzone.)
also, though soaring axe kick *is* supposed to be his best recovering up B, it goes waaay too far up. a slight vertical distance nerf to make it more reasonable would be good, as brawler already has a ton of recovery options.

I'd suggest adding in invincibilty for Brawler at the start of the match that ends after either 10 seconds pass or your moves have been selected, whichever comes first. This would allow Brawler players to safely select their moves without fear of being forced to use a moveset they don't like.
