Level 10 Wrench

Pros:
> +25% faster swing rate.
> 15% faster construction rate.

Cons:
> Mini-Crits deal no damage.
> -10% less damage vs. enemy Engineer's buildings.

Others:
> Mini-crits with this wrench cause the target to be stunned for 3 seconds (does not stack for every hit and will only stun the target again after 5 seconds after being stunned has passed).

the cons are to small on the original so i would also decrease the damage as well as increasing the construction rate to -30% but the upgrade idea as well as the healing idea are good ideas

Level 83 wrench

+20% Repair rate
+15% Faster weapon switch speed
-20% Upgrade rate {So it would take 10 hits to upgrade somehing}

Cons:
-15% swing spead

Pros:
+20% more damage per swing
+25% more metal/repair per hit

Pros:
+100 max metal
Your metal count can 'overheal' to 150% (450) and decays at 10 metal a second. This can only come from dispensers

Cons:
-50% repair rate
-20% upgrade rate (20 metal per hit)
-50% damage
lets go with what the first guys idea, its the best. so


20% faster repair rate

60% faster upgrade rate

con: you cant increase building time (you cant hit the equipment twith a wrench to construct it faster)

Pros:

Level 1 - 100 Wrench
(=) Whenever you Repair and Upgrade your Building at the same time, the lower % will be filled first. (In other words, if your Level 1 Sentry is 20% Upgraded and 40% Health, 70% of the Metal that swing uses will be for Repairing, and the other 30% Metal will be used for Upgrading, as usually it's just 50/50.)

+ allows you to place two mini sentries
+ 75% faster construction rate on sentry
+ when target is under fire by both target is slowed 30%
downside
- sentries may not be wrangled
- 20% less damage against players

Why would you disable an entire secondary weapon? The only situation I can think of in-game is Rocket Jumper making Gunboats useless, and that is an indirect disable.

Cons:
No Random Critical Hits.

A level 3 sentry has the same fire rate as a level 2, so taking away its rockets makes the upgrade from level 2 to 3 useless.

+30% build speed on fellow engi's buildings
+15 extra scrap max
CONS
-50% swing speed
-15% build speed on your own buildings

+Melee hits to enemies will gain 15hp to nearby buildings (do not affect friendly buildings though)
