It seems that i can only spawn a limited numbers of pdc on my ship, it is normal ?

Yeah, for some reason I can only place a certain amount of PDCs on 1 grid, this seems to be a recent problem because it just started doing it today. If this was intentional please reverse it, I can't place more than 20 on a ship that needs 40. Otherwise if it wasn't intentional please look into it.

how to switch ammo in these ? they pull vanilla ammo but won´t fire them, only the depleted uranium stuff and these are costly when playing with a universe with little to no uranium !

Not sure if im missing something but i am not seeing a turret ammo cycle when i place the PDCs in the action bar or is there something else im supposed to do

cycle ammo should be at the bottom of the list, you may have to scroll

i started a new world with just this mod and weapon core and saw it and then created a new world with all my mods and its gone again so one of my mods must be messing with it. going to start a new world and add them 1 by 1 and see which one it is.

Ok i figured out which mod is making the cycle ammo option disappear i can recreate it easily by removing and putting the mod back into the list it is [MEXPEX] MWI - Weapon Pack WeaponCore Edition (beta)(13). their homing weapons mod functions with this and doesnt break anything but that pack makes the cycle ammo disappear from the list and there wasnt an option to scroll down. without it i can see the option and dont have to scroll.

I have the same problem they don't fire with standard ammo and can't switch ammo. I don't have MWI Weapon Pack 1 but use Weapon pack 2 (the energy weapon). I imagine that's what causes it :(

I can switch ammo, can you see the ammo swap in action bar settings

I have the same issue on a world without any of the MWI weapons. I built the ship in Creative and the option to switch ammo was there and I assigned it to a button on the hotbar. I just wish we could get a better idea of which ammo we had actually selected when pressing that button but anyway. However, when I create a survival world with the ship in it that hotbar button to switch ammo is greyed out. I'm going to try crafting some DeU ammo to see if that helps.

So I found something interesting in my survival world. I spawned in some DeU ammo in space and put it in my backpack. I then tried transferring it to a cargo hold on my ship. It went into the cargo hold and then completely disappeared. To make sure I checked on the admin tools, it was simply gone, as though it had never existed. I tried this three times, putting it in a different cargo each time, same result. The ammo is simply nowhere on my ship or even floating somewhere in the world, it's just gone. I spawned some more in and transferred it directly to one of the PDC guns and, lo and behold, it stayed there. However, the option for swapping ammo types still doesn't appear for either that single gun or the group it belongs to. I have both types of ammo loaded in the gun and no option to switch using the G menu. I sincerely hope you manage to get to the bottom of this as I love this mod and would hate to have to go back to normal Gats now. Maybe the DeU could be removed altogether. At the rate these babies chew ammo I'd never use DeU ammo anyway. :-) Keep up the great work.

I would have to see your mod list, as I have functionality and have not had ammo just vanish

It's a bit of a list; I like mods. :-) The disappearing ammo issue seemed to correct itself when I reloaded the world so maybe that's just a Keen bug but there was still no option to change ammo types.
