I think they should be:
+10% longer range
+15% faster swing speed
-50% damage penalty

(but its still an insta-kill knife from behind)

hmmmm i think i have a better one
on hit target get lit on fire
+20% increased fire rate
-60% damage penalty
-10 cloak duration
+20% fire damage
-10 less primary ammo
pyros can cool down the knife by using a air blast
