it takes about 24 hours to turn up

Have the same issue.
Made a rather big purchase (40k sell, 60k buy) to clear out a lot of wood/metal i had lying around. Picked up the stuff perfekt. I than made a save, as a raid was about to show up.
2nd raid showed up like 1minute after the 2nd raid. I made another save, as I had to reload a bunch of times to juggle 2 raids, 1 giant infestation and 2 mech clusters at the same time with my 8 colonists. After a bunch of reloads finally managed to survive it, but after the 3rd reload or so, the shipment stopped coming down.
No matter how far i reload back now, shipment never arrives anymore. It dropped like 3-4 times and then just stopped.
Makes no sense to me as why it would do that, as I reloaded the save and the shipment should still arrive.

i think the issue youre facing is that the mod doesnt work on a prebuilt set of items, and as the mod registered sending the shipment it wont send another, regardless of reloading the game

what do you mean with a prebuilt set of items? (EDIT: If i got you correctly here, the save I made must have been in the timeframe from where the mod send out the items and registered them as send, but why did it work the first couple of times then?)
I made the purchase and was raided (before the 24 hour period was over) by an active mech cluster, which made me do a save. while fighting them 2 other raids of humans showed up, one who woke the 2nd mech cluster and one who woke the insects.
While juggling myself through that mess i did a bunch of saves and reloads, but i never went back prior to the first save where the active mech cluster landed. The order got shipped to me the first couple of reloads like regular, and i simply forgot the save again after the order arrived, as it never occured to me that this might become an issue.
The order simply stopped showing up after a couple of reloads, dunno why. And once i actually noticed after i finaly managed to survive this igor hell, well lets just say i made a save and went to bed for that day. I since have played for another month ingame but the order never showed up :(

the items you buy have been sold by someone else to the prime system, once those items sell they are gone, so u cant get two sets of the same item

It didnt really matter, sure it was abit of silver, close to 350k or so, but in the end I got other shipments that did arrive and made my meleeguys very happy (speed skins).

if you get shipments that don't arrive as expected (1 in-game day plus a little wiggle room) then jump on our discord and let us know! sometimes things don't go as planned. but we're working on tools to help us find and fix these kinds of problems.

It could be that the database just needs a kick! even if it was months ago, as long as you're on the same colony we'll most likely be able to find it.

Thanks, but Im past that colony, it turned unplayable due to lag - added some mods late and such, nothing to go back to so to speak ;)
