Cities_Loader.sh broken on Mac (fix included)

Cities_Loader.sh is currently broken on Mac due to a typo on line 5. This line is terminated with two semicolons instead of one, causing the script to fail to execute beyond that step. Removing the extra semicolon resolves this issue.

Updated - disable and then enable the mod to recreate config file.
