Answering your question: literally nothing unless you have FPS Booster or Load Order mod subscribed
Temporarily patch the game in memory, or attempt to apply a patch
to the game executable (which any AV would prevent)?
Maybe I should ask at LOM, but since I'm here anyway..

It neither helps with the booster FPS either, pointless Mods.
FPS Booster won't work at all without this mod subscribed and enabled.
I meant, after testing the FPS mod, it did not improve FPS. Then after seeing this Mod which I I have no idea what it did as it was not clear but now know what it dose after googling it online. With this patch applied - Still no improvement in FPS so I do wonder, why bother...
