Patch Loader Mod doesn't work
Cities: Skylines won't start after installing Patch Loader Mod
I tried completely deleting the Patch Loader Mod and uninstalling Cities: Skylines but it didn't solve the problem.

I thought it was just me, but I see there are others out there.

How can I fix the problem if I can't replicate it on my machine? It simply works, no matter what I do (with, without it, enabled, disabled, with 100+ other mods or without any).

In my case, Cities: Skylines did not work even with the patch loader mod alone

My game was also crashing, after deactivating this mod everything works just fine

Recently one user has mentioned that using Windhawk was breaking the mod, so check if you don't use any software that is injecting inself into the game process, like that one or maybe some external game overlay or monitoring things (just in case).

I was able to fix it by going to Windhawk>Settings>Advanced Settings>More advanced settings
and adding the Cities Skylines folder under "Process Exclusion List"
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cities_Skylines\*
it will exclude the entire cities skylines folder, so now you can have Windhawk enabled and play Cities Skylines using this mod :emberwinkred:
