I'm playing as Plugg and I'm loving the moveset of the character, but I keep thinking the use of his neutral special is lacking a bit more usage when it comes to the highlighting the opponent with his down special.

Maybe give his side special and up special an interaction like how his neutral blinks him to said opponent?
