As an avid user of your mods I'm here to ask you if you have time for a small mod I'd love to use.

Basically I like to reorganize my ships crew roles based on gender or race.
The game won't allow even multiple manual selection of crew memebers so it's always a long and boring procedure.

The bare minimum should be a context option to split males and females respectively as marines and service personell, but, if you think it can be an idea for a more complex mod, feel free to add race selection or number limits (like: "set service personell at 30, all females. All the others as marines")

I can "pay" in italian translation of any mod you want to localize :D
