The Future of this Mod
Hello everyone!

I just wanted to update everyone on my thoughts and plans for the future of the Megalodon Supremis.

Given the TLC that Wildcard implemented for the Megalodon, giving it buffs similar to my mod, I have come to the decision to try and rework this beast.
However, being so, it would require me to remake the base work, from the ground up - and instead of basing it on the Megalodon, making it it's own, stand alone creature.

With this, I have high hopes that I will be able to solve the spawn issues, both for the creatures, and for the items (spawn paths for the mod have never worked as intended), since I have learned MUCH more than when I first submitted my mod to the workshop.

I thank you all so much for your support and help over these past few months! I have been trying to balance my hobby work and working a full time job, so I apologize for short and long between updates. But I have a lot in mind, and even may try to reanimate the Megalodon Supremis upon re-release!

So that does unfortunately mean there probably won't be any updates on this mod for a bit while I rework everything. I'm not sure whether or not I will update to this Mod ID or create a new Mod ID to keep things clean. Let me know your ideas, or preference of where to update! I hope you all have a wonderful evening and a fantastic holiday!

Any updates on the rework?

Just a few ideas I have.
Megalodon in real life were the same size as Mosasaurus. A Megalodon Ultimatus would be a welcome addition to this mod, being the same size and caliber as the Mosasaurus.

In addition to size difference, Megalodon Minoris and Megalodon Supremis (and Megalodon Ulitmatus) should have separate and distinct patterns that will help to set them apart as subspecies. (i.e. Green Anaconda vs Yellow Anaconda or Masai Giraffe vs Reticulated Giraffe).

Great White Sharks are known for breaching behavior. I've always wanted to see this implemented into this game's Megalodons. Add a dash attack that when triggered will remove the water surface collision and increase the time between leaving the water to when the "out-of-water" health reduction activates.
