Missed generation of tanks
I have suggestion about tanks:

Now it looking like Tank -> Main Battle Tank where "tank" is WWII M4 Sherman (Tiger and T-34 with optional mods) and "Main Battle Tank" are actual days tanks, second generation of Main Battle Tanks.

But there is completely no Cold War Era tanks, which was first genetation of main battle tanks. By the way, there are a lot of interesting vehicles. If you add them, actual "Main Battle Tanks" like Leopard II and other can be renamed to "Modern Main Battle Tanks".

Basic vision:
For Russia, China and some of African and Middle Eastern civs T-54, T-55, T-72
(There is T-54 as top tank of WWII mod in Civ 6 as i remember)
For United States and their allies (Germany, Italy, Korea used it 100%) - M48, M60

Wide vision:
For France, Spain, Arabic State and Colombia - AMX-30
For Germany, Norway and optionally Italy - Leopard I
For Britain and Sweden - Centurions
For Italy - OF-40
For Japan - Type 61 or Type 74
For rest of civs - various tanks, depending of their successors tank parks, just re-use other nations tanks.

And interesting feature of new tanks concept: own units for Jerusalem City-state, with bonus for suzerain, opportunity to build this tanks.
Tank - M51HV «Super Sherman»
Main Battle Tank - Magah 1-7, depend of available models in internets. Or Ti-67, modernized soviet tanks.
Modern Main Battle Tank - Merkava - mod already exist in some version in civ 6.

P. S. Ideal if some cards (related to communism and democracy) will gain ability to unlock access to american or soviet tanks. In this case China will be able to have american tanks (as Taiwan), and Korea can have soviet tanks (as DPRK).

Problem is that the tech tree's too short. If we go into Cold War, we wound need to make it a fully fledged era with all units...and there's simply no space for it. We had thought about it.

Yes, i see this problem. Can suggest two potential solutions:
1) Place this tanks in "Cold War" or "Fast Deployment" civic (tbh it can be realistic, because this tanks was used by many countries, which has no tech base to build own tanks). It mean this countries imported this tanks from somewhere. There is also Patton quote, can be good reference to M48-M60 Patton.
2) Place cold war tanks to "Composites", Modern tanks to Robotech, Huge Battlerobot to improved AI. (tbh this battlerobots is future, not information era), antiair update for robots to forecasting systems.
Imo cold war era tanks have big enough role in world history to exist in this game.

Why don't we just extended the tech tree. Not like yal aren't talented enough. Please do not take it as I'm not thankful for what you have already done please. I just personally believe the COLD War era 1945-1991 was so rich in history and technology. If I was cable to assist you I would. Lozano was talking about Tanks but it wasn't just tanks. Aircraft, helicopter technology, rocket tech, I personally believe the future era is a waste of an era anyway. Its bland and boring. Why not extend the tech tree, would also have to extend the CIVICs tree but its possible. I would love to donate some money if it would provide extra incentive. I have some ideas and possible ways to extend the trees if you do decide to peruse such an option.

Once again thank you. Without this MOD the CIV VI game WOULD NOT be complete. With your hard work you make this community special.
