Default building filter (no overlay)
As mentioned by ELLIOTTCABLE (1 May @ 2:33am) onthe comments, "with this installed, closing and re-opening a given command no longer retains the settings.". In other words, every time we are building something in the default view (no overlay) and press X (to delete things), it checks every category, and will delete everything in the tiles we select (buildings, pipes, wires, etc.)

This means that users (every single time they want to delete buildings while leaving other things intact) have to press X, then click "none", and then click "buildings" (or disable the other 8 categories 1 by 1).

The default behaviour of the game is to remember the selection from last time (it starts with "All" selected, but if we change it to just "Buildings", then it retains that, and whenever we are in normal view and press X to delete things, only "Buildings" will be checked, and only buildings will be deleted).

Is there some limitation in the way mods work that make it impossible to remember that selection, and force the mod to re-enable all categories each time? Or is this a design option?

Having the extra options is practical, but with the need to constantly change the selection back to "buildings" this ends up being slower (and causing a lot more accidents) than using the default UI.
