Encountered a bug after my second Zilath spawned and I created a Customs House adjacent to the last one I made.

After the second custom house was created, ALL of my units became able to perform a Domestic Trade. Archers, Swordsman, Workers, etc.

This effect has remained persistent for any future units created

The bug resolved after saving and loading the game
