Refresh customizable zombies

installed the mod via omega manager, all went well, however when i try to hit numapd4 it says refresh customizable zombies.

i checked all the files, and my Steam 64 ID was automatically added and generated, i just dont know why its not working, please help

The numpad4 apply changes made in xml profile files, it doesn't show ingame menu, just a red message to say that modif in files are applied (can take 30 second to apply to already spawned zombies)
