I m currently working on a way to match the human skeleton with the pony one .

But it s complicated as ****.

first the skeleton is not the same so i need to pick the postion of the skeleton from the pony model to the human one .

Second bones are not the same so they need to be resize and third to make something suitable i need to find a way to get the model but for each bones

Finally the last thing will be to bone merge the model to the skeleton with new postition at the end we should get a pony without animations and with no way to move the mane or the tail but

we can still find a way to make animations and make the model looks better .

So let me know if you would like to have a model on anyserver that uses pac we see so many diffrent things from pac so why not a pony ?

And finally if any of you know people who are working or did the thing this could be cool to share it .
