It seems like this would be very possible. Just a new wing design, which doesn't seem too hard to do or find, and the fangs are theoretically rather simple to do, just extend and sharpen two points in the teeth models. I would attempt something like this myself to help out, but I wouldn't know where to even start because I'm a noob with computers.
