Everything is ERROR, please help!
The pony model and the whole editor is made up of *ERROR*'s
I had been trying to figure out how to fix it, but I eventually gave up for awhile. But I tried again and found nothing, please help!
How do I fix it?

You need to download Team Fortress 2.
In the Gmod main menu, click on the game controller on the bottom right and mount Team Fortress 2 once downloaded.
