Custom ragdolls?
I am clueless on this addon.

Go to the "Options" tab in your Q-Menu, and it should show a two-part list labeled CPPM.

OH, you get a tool when you click on the 2nd one, use your "Reload" key to paste your current skin on it.

It's just a toolgun, and it should automatically switch to it.
