Do the Wonderbolt/Shadowbolt skins ever work?

the wonderforce/shadowforce skins aren't appearing on my pony playermodel. Is This New?

if you type ppm_setpmodel in console(on Gmod press ~ on your keyboard), it will reset your charecter and you can use it :)
