I'm not sure if this is caused by a conflicting mod or such: upon death, my character becomes pure white except for the 8-ball mark and all of the features change (changes hairstyle, tailstyle, grows wings.)
Any Suggestions?

Well, any time I ask for help I figure it out immidiately after.
I had recently been on a server with the addon "Dismemberment Mod" (Eck, gross.)
After I restarted my GMod, everything was as good as new. (I should've done that before. I'm so stupid. For some reason, I believed that if I just restarted the map, everything would've been good-as-new.)
